What a wonderful set of photographs. I like this one in particular as it shows the estate before it was ruined by the redevelopment. Happy memories and thank you for helping to rekindle them. Sometimes things change, but not for the better.
I agree, some wonderful photos. This picture certainly brings back memories. I played football for the Whitehawk Senior Boys in 1956 on these pitches before I became an Army International from 1962 to 1969.
