Letters home 1943-1947

These are the first of over 200 letters in a shoe box sent to James and Rose Horrobin. Written by their son George, from the day he started National Service in Cardington, following his journey during training and then overseas to Iraq where he was stationed in Habbania and Shaibah until demob in 1947
